The #TataSafari is a mid-size SUV produced by the Indian automobile manufacturer #Tata Motors since 1998, with the second-generation model being introduced in 2021 as a crossover. The Tata range in the nineties saw the expansion into new markets with newer models such as the Indica city car and the Safari. The #Safari has been designed as a seven-seater SUV with a foldable third row, roomy interior; on the market it has positioned itself as an alternative from the competitive price to other brands off-road vehicles. Initially shown under the Buzzard name at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, and Gravitas name at the 2020 Auto Expo, as the three-row variant of the Harrier. In January 2021, it was announced and launched with the Safari nameplate. Safari uses Jaguar Land Rover D8 (OmegaArc) platform.
