At DiPalo’s, Action is hosted by fourth generation owner, Sal DiPalo as they taste meats and cheese imported directly from producers in Italy. DiPalo’s is also know for their chicken cutlets, and while Action was waiting for them to finish cooking, he heads around the corner for a classic; a curry chicken bahn mi from the Brooke street institution.
