How to book a free ticket on Vistara.
• First, log in to the Vistara site.
• After you log in drag the page down and go to my vouchers section.
• Here you see 3 sections my voucher, on-demand voucher generation, and redeem a complimentary voucher.
• Enter in redeem a complimentary voucher section.
• Input your origin, destination details, and departing date along with passenger details and then click on search It will ask where you want the OTP to be sent.
• You can select either your mobile or email.
• Enter the OTP and click on submit.
• On the next page, you can reconfirm your origin and destination and can change your travel date if necessary.
• Click on continue.
• On the next page, you can check your baggage allowance, whether meals are included or not, charges for changing your flight (2500 INR), and on cancellation, you would only get the taxes as a refund as it is a complimentary ticket.
• After you select your desired flight. Now you can see here the Airfare is zero, but you need to pay the taxes and fees which is 940 Indian rupees.
• click on continue.
• Here the details would be filled automatically from your Vistara profile, and you just need to click on continue.
• On the next page, you can book your extras like your preferred seat, type of meals, and pre-purchase excess baggage on top of your 15kg check-in allowance, and if needed wheelchair assistance.
• Both meals and preferred seats can opt for at zero cost.
• click on continue.
• This is the final step where you need to complete your payment with a debit/credit card.
• Enter your card details and agree to the terms and conditions.
• click on continue
• It will ask you for OTP to complete the payment. Once you enter the OTP and click on submit the system with generate your ticket.
