¼ cup olive oil (to marinate, you won’t eat all this)
Lemon juice from ½ lemon
Oregano, garlic paste, salt (to taste)
+ 100g baked pumpkin for my serving

½ cup rolled oats
1 scoop ISO100 whey
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Erythritol
Cloves
20g flaked almonds
¼ cup frozen blueberries
Boiling water (approx. ½ cup)

➡ Low carb sushi
1 100g fillet salmon, skinned
½ avocado
1 nori sheet
Wasabi
Coconut aminos
