Doors:
All four (4) doors armored using plate curved and contoured to inner lining of door
(1) Operable driver’s door window
All doors to have overlap system with returns to ensures complete protection from spacing between armor plate and transparent armor
Door pillars (A,B, C and D) reinforced throughout with ballistic plate
Door hinges reinforced from interior of door and frame of vehicle to reduce stress of weight added
Heavy-duty nylon door travel retainers to prevent overextension. Double stitched and “X” stitched. Designed and tested to exceed 6,380 lbs./2,894 kg of force without tearing, degradation, or deformation of surrounding metal components.

Firewall:
Firewall armored throughout with ballistic plate

Roof
Entire roof area armored throughout using ballistic plate contoured to interior of roof

Floor:
Floor armored using ultra light weight material that acts as an absorbent for mild blast throughout to protect against 2 DM51 grenades

Fuel Tank:
Gas tank armored from underneath vehicle with steel plate
Tires and Wheels:

Run-Flats system installed in all full size tires

Brakes and Suspension System:
High performance brake pad and rotors added to vehicle to compensate for additional weight added.
Front and rear suspension upgraded to vehicle to compensate for additional weight

Electrical:
Certified automotive electricians will test all standard and additional electrical equipment to ensure 100% function after the armor manufacturing process. All additional electrical equipment installed on the vehicle is individually fused, loomed in all areas, routed separately from fuel lines and mechanical cables, and clearly marked to facilitate tracking and troubleshooting and comply with vehicle safety standards. All Electrical wiring diagrams are kept on file for future reference.

Interior:
All original OEM interior panels and trim will be professionally removed, resized, modified, and reinstalled, to maintain as close to OEM appearance and functionality as possible.
All interior modifications attributed to the Ballistic Safety Cell will be seamless in
appearance and professionally finished to meet the OEM upholstery fit, finish, and quality.
The OEM windshield HVAC, defrosting/defogging, wiper, and washing systems shall all be reinstalled and function in accordance to IAW FMVSS 103, 104, and 111.
Vehicles interior modified surfaces will be professionally upholstered with high quality
automotive grade: vinyl or carpet upholstery, stitching, adhesives and primers, to match
OEM interior.
