Since this announcement, there is anger in the Jain community against the Jharkhand government. On Sunday, people protested against this decision of the Jharkhand government across the country including Mumbai, the financial capital of the country. Along with this, recently there was an incident of vandalism in a Jain temple in Palitana, Gujarat. A large number of people came out on the streets to protest against all this.
