This video is over my bitter experience with a 3rd party flight booking website named ” easemytrip “. I booked my flight tickets from easemytrip with their Insurance Policy which claimed 100% refund on cancellation.
Due to COVID-19, all my flights are cancelled but easemytrip is not refunding my money though I’ve their Insurance.
This is happening with many customers & many of them don’t know how to deal with this!
