Cooler Master has seen this for some time and takes it a step further with their newest offering the V8 GTS. The Cooler Master V8 GTS embraces the brute force, hot rod looks in much the same way as the newer Camaro/Mustang/Challenger; with a styling reminiscent of classic hot rods with a total reimagining of the style. The V8 GTS uses a mechanical looking black shroud with red LED lighting to emulate the “flame under the hood” look, and looks every bit like something you would see under the hood of a chopped and channeled ’49 Merc.

On the cooling front, a three tower system is used with 600-1600rpm PWM fans sandwiched between. Eight 6mm heat pipes sit atop a horizontal vapor chamber and run through all aluminum fins for efficient heat dissipation. Cooler Master’s versatile mounting kit allows the V8 GTS to fit on Intel 775/1150/1155/1156/1366/2011 sockets, as well as AMD’s AM2/3 and FM1/2. On AMD sockets, two included sets of brackets allow for mounting with either front/rear or bottom/top airflow.
