A: Bonjour. J’appelle pour réserver un vol de Paris à Londres.
B: Bonjour madame. Quand souhaitez-vous partir?
A: Je voudrais partir entre le 15 et le 19 Août, de préférence dans l’aprés-midi.
B: C’est pour combien de personnes ?
A: Une personne. C’est juste pour moi.
B: Désirez-vous voyager en classe économique, classe affaires ou première classe?
A: Je préfère voyager en classe affaires, si c’est possible.
B: Oui madame. Nous avons des places disponibles pour le 18 Août.
A: À quelle heure est le vol, s’il vous plaît ?
B: L’avion part de Paris ORY à 15h10 et arrive à Londres à 18h30.
A: À quelle heure dois – je être à l’aéroport pour l’enregistrement ?
B: Une heure et demie avant le départ, madame. C’est-à-dire vers 14h00.
A: D’accord. Combien coûte le billet, s’il vous plaît ?
B: 925 €, madame. Toutes taxes comprises.
A: C’est parfait. Puis-je faire cette réservation?
B: Certainment. Voudriez – vous réserver un retour également ?
A: Non, il me faut juste un aller simple, merci.

A: Hello. I’m calling to book a flight from Paris to London.
B: Good morning Madam. When would you like to leave?
A: I’d like to leave between August 15th and August 19th, preferably in the afternoon.
B: How many people will be traveling ?
A: One person. It’s just for me.
B: Do you want to go economy, business or first class ?
A: I prefer to fly business class, if that’s possible.
B: Yes Madam. We have available seats for August 18th.
A: What time is the flight please ?
B: The plane leaves Paris ORY at 03:10 pm and lands in London at 06:30 pm.
A: What time do I have to be at airport to check-in ?
B: An hour before departure, Madam. That means at around 02:00 pm.
A: All right. How much is the ticket, please ?
B: €925, Madam. All taxes included.
A: That’s perfect. Can I book that, then ?
B: Certainly. Would you like to book a return flight as well ?
A: No, I just need a one – way ticket, thanks.
