-Tata Altroz iTurbo comes with a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine.
-It makes 110PS and 140Nm.
-As of now, a 5-speed manual gearbox is the only option.
-It gets no major cosmetic enhancements over its standard petrol and diesel variants.
Besides it, the new top-end XZ+ trim has also been introduced.
So now, the Altroz iTurbo will be available in XT, XZ, and XZ+ variants.
While the Tata Altroz received a 5 star safety rating, it could never score a perfect 5 in our books. Its primary shortfall was its lackluster petrol engine, which neither has refinement nor performance. Tata’s vaccine for this is called the Altroz iTurbo. It borrows the engine from the Nexon in a de-tuned state and promises not only an engaging drive but also a better commuting experience. We decided to run a performance test in our short spin to find out how much the improvement is. The answer will surprise you.
