In the wake of my observations, I was invited to take a second (third?) look at Second Life. Bottom line? I still don’t get it. Yes, it’s a virtual world / community where you can create your experience – but performance and usability is still ass-nasty (no way around it). Thanks to “Oliver” for stepping forward and offering to show me a few interesting things.
