The introduction on the GTX 960 G1 Gaming card from Gigabyte takes nVidia’s newest mainstream GPU to new level with their custom design. Gigabyte uses a full custom cooling solution on the GTX 960 G1 Gaming with the WindForce 3X design. The cooler includes the ability to run silent while the GPU temp is under 62C and Power is under 60W, after that the fans kick in to take care of the heat. Their custom cooler also has all copper heatpipes to with direct heatpipe technology to remove heat from the GPU chip in the most efficient manner. The goal of this cooler is to keep noise levels under 20dB while under load and reduce temperatures of the GPU further than reference designs.

In addition to the custom cooling, Gigabyte includes Flex Display Technology so that you can attach up to 4 monitors using any several combinations of connectors. Best of all though Gigabyte uses a sorting process called Gauntlet Sorting to pick only the best GPU chips to incorporate into their G1 Gaming series.
