Ford really shocked the industry when they announced all passenger cars in the US would be discontinued except for the Mustang a couple years ago. In order to fill the void left by cars, Ford would continue to invest heavily in crossover vehicles. The #FordEscape was one of the brand’s first crossover and for 2020, its been completely redesigned from the ground up. The #EscapeHybrid also returns with over 40 MPG and a new Plug-in Hybrid with up to 30 miles of range will be coming later this year. While the design is certainly more car-like, we’re hoping the loss of the Focus and Fiesta, will result in a much sportier #Escape and we’re keeping our fingers crossed for an Escape ST in the coming years.
