Lauren Riihimaki, aka LaurDIY, has a brand new show on HBO Max called Craftopia — and you guys, it’s a crafters actual DREAM WORLD. The YouTuber sat down with J-14 to chat about her reaction to finding out about the show, the funniest moments behind-the-scenes, and her all-time favorite episode.
On the show, 9 to 15-year old contestants put their imaginations to the test and make their crafting dreams come true in a magical studio. After racing to fill up their carts with inspiring materials from the studio “store,” crafters meet larger-than-life challenges, making the most amazing creations the world has ever seen. Lauren uses her expertise to guide the contestants as they create incredible projects in a race against each other and the clock.
