Spring has arrived and it is a time for another epic fashion video. In this spring fashion video I am wearing an edgy, but still cute and girly spring outfit.
With spring at our doorstep, I changed my leather jacket for this classic denim shirt, which I bought in H&M. It’s a perfect piece of clothing, since you can basically wear it all year around. It’s also great, since it gives that edgy, leaned back feel. It can be worn both, as a stand-alone jacket in warmer months and under sweaters in colder ones. In the latter case, one of course wants to let a part of the collar out for that awesome layering touch. Underneath this great denim shirt, I am wearing a white tank top or a dress, which has these adorable ruffles. The dress gives a cute, pretty and girly hint to this spring outfit. As pants I am wearing camouflage (military) patterned leggings. These give an edgy, wild and dangerous feel to this spring outfit. I would love to put a dress, skirt or shorts on, but it’s unfortunately not warm enough here in Norway. Perhaps we will see more of these in my next fashion video. On my feet I’ve put these evergreen epic All-stars. They come in all kind of gorgeous colors, but I went for the classic white All-stars, since you can wear them with basically everything. They are just another great piece to bring out that wild, dangerous and edgy feature of this spring outfit. Around my neck I am wearing a long seashell necklace and some gold and white bangles around my wrist. Lastly, I am wearing this super cute and girly floral bag with pink straps. All these spring outfit accessories remind me of sunny summer days full of joy, fun and feeling carefree at the beach…
When you mix different patterns in an outfit, be careful to look for the same colors inside these different patterns. My pants (leggings) and bag both have very warm colors, like olive green, light warm pink and beige. Therefore they fit perfect to this outfit overall. I love how this spring outfit combines girly elements (floral print, pink, ruffles) with some more serious (edgy, wild and dangerous) military hints. Camouflage patterned leggings together with All-Stars look edgy but the tank top with ruffles, accessorizes and floral bag give soft, cute, pretty and girly touch to this spring outfit.
Spring is time when we put the heavy winter wardrobe (thick sweaters, socks, headbands, caps, scarves, boots etc.) with all the dark colors and heavy leather, fur and similar winter specific material in the back of our closets. Spring is all about cheerfulness, sun, blooming and beautiful vivid colors and of course light and colorful clothes. I am so excited that it finally arrived and brought the colorful, cute, pretty and girly spring fashion with it!
