Being a workaholic, I never take the time out of my day to eat if I have to physically take the time out to cook something. Not intentionally but I am just so passionate about turning my dreams into reality that meal time skips my thought process if it isn’t a grab and go situation. I wanted to share what works for our household and our diets! I am NO chef what so ever but try to make it work. Please tailor this to your allergies and diet because we don’t have much of anything that bothers us over here food wise. I hope you enjoy these three quick and easy DIY meal prep recipes that aren’t that hard to execute. Have a great Sunday, stay rad xx.

0:14 Garlic Pasta Salad – your choice of protein, at least four cups of veggies and two handfuls of greens, pasta of choice – mix all together then separate into meal sized containers.

1:40 Quinoa Salad – build it into a quinoa bowl! I added quinoa, cilantro, black beans, corn, bell pepper, lime and yams.

2:07 “Rainbow” One Pan Chicken – one pan, your choice of protein and veggies. Preheat the oven to 450 start by baking the chicken and onion. Then add your greens for another five minutes then add your tomatoes last for five more minutes one more time! Separate into tub-aware and add a carb if you’d like.
