How do you take a house with beautiful bones and make it feel new again? Let designer Sam Sacks show you how it’s done. In the light-filled kitchen, Sam brought English style across the pond with on-trend greige cabinets, a half-floating island and beautiful brass hardware. The homeowner’s ceramic collection holds pride of place behind tall glass cabinets, while statement sconces and Moroccan zellige tiles feel like pieces of jewellery. See how the adjoining sitting room was updated with a cast stone fireplace surround and a heavy hit of color (we can’t get enough of the fuchsia sofas). Plus, the formal living room with beautiful architectural detailing is the perfect place to kick back.
