Good beef is hard to come by in India so when I heard about Meathead by Chef Baron and saw that he was doing smoked brisket my excitement knew no bounds! However he was only delivering in New Delhi. Thankfully his business expanded and so did his delivery radius and I was ecstatic to order the smoked brisket and the jewish style beef pastrami when it was available here in Bombay city. Anyway time to taste!!!
