1. go to make my trip website and login with your MMT user Id and password.
2. click on ‘my trip’ option under the my account section.
3. here you find your booked ticket lists, click on the ticket which you want to cancel.
4.you will see two option ‘CANCELLATION’ and ‘CHANGE TRAVEL DATE’, click on ‘cancellation’ option.
5. you will see two option in this new page select one as you required. (cancel partially or full cancellation). After select the option click on ‘proced’
6. here select the passenger’s name whose ticket you want to cancel and click on ‘estimate refund amount’
7. you will see the ‘estimate refund amount’ and you have to click on on ‘choose refund mode’ option.
8. here you will ask where you want to send the refund amount to make my trip wallet or bank account. select the option as you want.
9. then click on ‘confirm’. Finally your ticket will be cancelled.
