1 packet of sweetener
⅛ teaspoon of salt
⅛ teaspoon of baking powder
⅛ teaspoon of baking soda
⅛ teaspoon of ground cinnamon (blend them together in your mug.
Add one egg, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 Tablespoon milk and ½ mashed overripe banana and mix together well.

NUTELLA BROWNIE
6-½ tablespoons of Nutella
One large egg
2 Tablespoons of all-purpose flour

OATMEAL COOKIE DOUGH (Gluten Free)
2 Tablespoons of oats
1-½ Tablespoons of coconut flour,
¼ teaspoon of baking powder
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
3 Tablespoons of milk
1 Egg (Yolk removed)
