The 1050 Ti is an entry level card running on Nvidia’s new Pascal architecture. It brings a huge performance boost with minimal power requirements and a pretty reasonable price of around $150. There’s a slot powered one available too that’s not as fast (marginally so) but also costs less and doesn’t need as much power.
All in this brings the cost of our build up to about $500. Not a bad price for a PC that outperforms games consoles for only an extra $100 or so.
Stay tuned for our big GPU shoot out coming up on Friday!
